Unscrew and remove the suction and pressure valve ( Fig. 25 ,

Loosen and remove the pump head screws
3.
Remove the pump head
4.
Unscrew and remove the diaphragm
5.
Remove the intermediate plate
6.
Loosen and remove the fixing screws for the adapter plate
7.
Remove the adapter plate
8.
Remove the protective diaphragm
9.
Fit the new protective diaphragm.
10. Insert the intermediate plate so that the diaphragm rupture outlet
downward.
11. Tighten the fixing screws by hand and tighten with a torque wrench.
12. Fit the intermediate plate.
13. Screw in the new diaphragm and tighten by hand.
14. Fit the pump head (pay attention to direction of flow!).
15. Tighten the pump head screws by hand and tighten with a torque wrench.
16. Mount the suction and pressure valve correctly (
valve correctly' on page 62 ) and tighten with a torque wrench.
Prior to start-up and after 24 hours of operation, tighten the pump head screws
diagonally.
