Maintenance mode - service position
Before performing maintenance on the EcoPro, the should EcoPro be
moved to the service position (diaphragm deflection at the front dead
centre).
The service position facilitates the removal or installation of the metering
diaphragm.
Put the EcoPro into the service position:
1.
[Press the ON/OFF]
ð Viscosity switching is activated.
ð The operating status/metering mode LED lights up briefly.
2.
[Keep the On/Off]
ð After another two seconds, both LEDs light up and the diaphragm is moved to the
service position (front dead centre).

In this case, the changeover of the viscosity mode is not saved!
After changing the metering diaphragm, pressing the [On/Off]
returns the diaphragm to its original position (rear dead centre).
Maintenance work
Checking the pump head screws
The tightening torques of the pump head screws are shown on
adhesive labels on the pump heads. They are also given in the
section

Visual inspection to check leak-tightness of connection parts.
Visual inspection of metering lines
Check suction and pressure lines for leak-free connection
Check suction and pressure valve for contamination and tightness.
Check the discharge connection on the pump head (diaphragm
rupture)
Check the correct metered quantity

The tightening torques of the pump head screws are shown on
adhesive labels on the pump heads. They are also given in the
section
