CLEANING, INSPECTIONS
AND MAINTENANCE
7.1 MACHINE
CLEANING
C A R RY O U T C L E A N I N G
OPERATIONS ON A WEEKLY
BASIS, OR DEPENDING ON THE
INTENSITY AND FREQUENCY OF USE.
• These operations can be performed
in the field, in work intervals or at the
company location if they require longer
periods of time and the use of specific
tools.
• Perform cleaning activities on a flat and
sturdy surface.
• It is a good rule to carry out periodical
cleaning of the machine in order to
remove foreign bodies (e.g. dust, foreign
and dirtying substances, etc.) that could
excessively wear all the mobile parts of
the machine.

• KEEP THE MACHINE CLEAN!
Apart from the considerations concerning
the outer appearance of the vehicle,
remember that it is easier to detect
faults or problems on the chassis or in
the hydraulic or electric circuits if the
machine is clean (if any).
Clean the machine regularly
after the day's work, espe-
cially after working on wet or muddy
terrain.
• Do not spray water directly on the
electromechanical parts or the relative
wiring (if any).
• Clean the jointed areas.
• Clean the mobile parts.
• Clean all the warning and safety stick-
ers so that they are intact and always
clearly legible.
As far as possible, use rags or
non-metallic brushes for
cleaning residues. Otherwise, wash
your machine with water and dry it
immediately.
Cleaning with a high-pressure
water jet must be done from a
distance of at least 1 m.

7.1 LIMPIEZA DE LA
MÁQUINA
EFECTUAR LAS OPERACIONES
DE LIMPIEZA CADA SEMANA,
Y EN TODO CASO EN MANERA CON-
FORME A LA INTENSIDAD Y FRECUEN-
CIA DE USO.
• Las intervenciones se pueden realizar
en el campo, en los intervalos de trabajo
o en el centro empresarial, en caso de
que se requieran tiempos más largos y
el soporte de equipos específicos.
• Desarrolle las actividades de limpieza
en un terreno llano y que no ceda.
• Es buena regla efectuar una limpieza
periódica de la máquina para eliminar
cuerpos extraños (p.ej., polvo, sus-
tancias extrañas, suciedad, etc.) que
pudieran desgastar en exceso todas las
partes móviles de la máquina.
TODAS LAS OPERACIONES
DE LIMPIEZA DEBEN REA-
LIZARSE A MOTOR PARADO
Y CON LA LLAVE DE EN-
CENDIDO DEL TRACTOR QUITADA.
• ¡MANTENGA LIMPIA LA MÁQUINA!
Prescindiendo de consideraciones
inherentes al aspecto exterior del
equipo, recuerde que en una máquina
limpia es más fácil notar las averías o
problemas en el bastidor o en los circui-
tos hidráulicos o eléctricos (si existe).
Limpie con regularidad la
máquina después de cada día
de trabajo, sobre todo si ha trabajado
en terrenos mojados o fangosos.
• No pulverice agua directamente en
las partes electromecánicas y en los
correspondientes cableados (si existe).
• Limpie las zonas de articulación.
• Limpie las partes móviles.
• L i m p i e t o d o s l o s a d h e s i v o s d e
advertencia y seguridad de forma que
estén siempre legibles y verifique su
integridad.
A ser posible, le aconsejamos
que limpie los residuos en
seco con trapos o cepillos (no metáli-
cos). De no ser así lave con agua su
máquina tratando de secarla inmedia-
tamente después.
