1.7 SPARE PARTS
Please remember the impor-
tance of using original Alpego
spare parts and lubricants for achie-
ving always the highest quality. It is
mandatory to use only Alpego spare
parts and lubricants to benefit from the
warranty Alpego.
The use of non-original spare parts,
and faulty or incorrect assembly, re-
lieves the maker of any responsibility.
1.8 WARRANTY
CONDITIONS
1) ALPEGO's implements are guaranteed
for a period of 12 (twelve) months from
the day of delivery to the final user:
the date of the elivery note marks the
beginning of the period of warranty.
2) The warranty covers any and all material
and manufacturing defects and only
so, that the allegedly defective product
can be used exclusively for the purpose
for which it has been manufactured. It
is therefore the task of the Purchaser
to ask and clarify whether the supplied
product fits the purposes which the
purchase must fulfi ll. Should the pro-
blem being claimed under warranty not
compromise the performance, the fun-
ction and/or the safety of the machine,
the ALPEGO Co. reserve the right to
find the most suitable solution, without,
however, being under any obligation to
replace the whole unit or parts thereof.
The warranty guarantees exclusively
the replacement of the defective part or
parts and the assembly of the same in
the product which is deemed defective.
It does not entail the payment of any
other expense incurred into in relation
to the warranty (which, in any case
should be foreseen and avoided by the
behavior of the good "Pater Familias,
as this term is understood and defined
in the Italian legal system).
THEREFORE, NO WARRANTY
CLAIM WILL BE HONORED IN
THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• Improper use of the product.
• Inability or impossibility of identifying
the serial number of the machine.
• Modifications of the product performed
by unauthorized personnel without
the manufacturers's approval.
• Insuffcient, inadequate or non existing
maintenance the product has dete-
riorated because it has been poorly
stocked or sheltered.
• On parts which are subject to normal
wear-and-tear.
• Non-original spare parts have been
used instead of the original ALPEGO
S.p.a. parts.
• Exceeding of power and load limits
indicated in the Alpego's technical
data and use and maintenance
manuals.

1.7 RECAMBIOS
Recordamos la importancia de
utilizar repuestos y lubricantes
originales Alpego para tener siempre
la maxima calidad. El uso de repuestos
y lubricantes Alpego es obligatorio para
beneficiarse de la garantía durante todo
el período establecido.
El empleo de repuestos no originales
y el montaje defectuoso o incorrecto,
eximirán al fabricante de cualquier tipo
de responsabilidad.
1.8 CONDICIONES DE
GARANTÍA
1) Las máquinas agrícolas de ALPEGO
S.p.a. son garantizadas por doce
meses, contados desde su entrega al
cliente final: la fecha consignada en
el documento activa el período de la
garantía.
2) La garantía cubre los defectos de
fabricación o del material, y sólo para
el uso que el material suministrado
tiene previsto. Por lo tanto, el com-
prador debe comprobar y solicitar si
el mismo responde a las exigencias
para el cual ha sido adquirido. En el
evento en que el problema objeto de
reclamo no afecte el funcionamiento
o la seguridad de la maquinaria, la
sociedad ALPEGO S.p.a. se reserva
la facultad de determinar la solución
más idónea, sin que por ello asuma la
obligación de sustituir completamente
la maquinaria o parte de la misma.
La garantía sólo cubre la sustitución
e instalación (es decir el montaje)
del material o la pieza considerada
defectuosa, pero no comprende ninguna
otra pretensión o gasto (los cuales
conforme a la legislación italiana
son tratados como comportamientos
evitables, asimilables a los que no
cometería un buen padre de familia).
POR LO TANTO, LA GARANTÍA
E S T Á E X C L U I D A E N L O S
SIGUIENTES CASOS:
• Uso indebido del producto
• Imposibilidad de identificar el número
de la matrícula.
• Operaciones de modificación del
producto y maniobras realizadas por
terceros no autorizadas.
• Insuficiente, inadecuado o falta de
mantenimiento, de almacenamiento
o protección.
• De los elementos de desgaste
normal o de sustitución periódica.
• Uso de repuestos diferentes a los
originales ALPEGO S.p.a..
• Exceso del límite de potencia y
cargas indicados en los datos tecnicos
y manuales de uso.
