4.6 ASSEMBLY OF THE ROLLER
FOR POKER PF
After you have performed the operations
described in the preceding paragraphs,
proceed as follows (Fig. 25):
• Assemble the brackets (A) on the square
• tube of the roller frame, and at this point
the roller is ready to be assembled on the
machine, lift it and place it at the rear of the
machine previously hitched to the tractor.
• Secure the upper arms (B) and the lower
arms (C) with their appropriate bolts and
spacers; now the roller is attached to
the machine
• Assemble the crank (D) on the upper
arms.
• Control the position of work with the two
pins (E) on the request hole.
4.7 ASSEMBLY OF THE ROLLER
FOR POKER PI
After you have performed the operations
described in the preceding paragraphs,
proceed as follows (Fig. 26):
• Check that the support of the rear tail (F)
is already mounted on the machine. If it
is not present, fix the two upper blades
(G) with the bolts (H) and the two lower
blades (I) with the bolts and spacers (L).
4.8 TRANSPORT BY MEANS
OF TRUCK OR TRAILER
For transporting the machine by other
means, certain factors must be taken into
consideration, to ensure better safety and
stability during transport, i.e.
• The machine can be transported by
truck, trailer etc. provided the means is
suitable as regards the outline, capacity,
condition of the load-bearing frame and,
in any case, complies with the regula-
tions applicable in the country in which
the machine is used.
• Secure the machine to the flatbed, by
means of the anchoring devices provi-
ded, using homologated ropes in good
condition.
Placing and securing the
machine onto the transport
vehicle is responsibility of the carrier.
ALPEGO shall not accept liability
for damage caused during ma-
chine transport if the measures
described above have not been
adopted.
• After unloading the machine, check it
for damage.

4.6 MONTAJE DEL ROLLO
PARA POKER PF
Después de haber hecho las operaciones
indicadas en los párrafos anteriores, pro-
ceder como sigue (Fig. 25):
• Montar los estribos (A) sobre el tubo
cuadro telar del rollo levantarlo y po-
sicionarlo detrás de la máquina prece-
dentemente montada sobre el tractor.
• Fijar las dos cuchillas superiores (B) y
las dos cuchillas inferiores (C) con los
relativos pernos y separador; a este
punto el rodillo se encuentra acoplado
a la máquina.
• Fije la manivela (D) en las cuchillas
superiores.
• Regular la posición de trabajo despla-
zando los dos enchufes (E) sobre el
agujero deseado.
4.7 MONTAJE DEL ROLLO
PARA POKER PI
Después de haber hecho las operacio-
nes indicadas en los párrafos anteriores,
proceder como sigue (Fig. 26):
• Compruebe que el bastidor que soporta
el capó (F) en la entrega ya esté monta-
do en la máquina. Si no está presente,
fije las dos cuchillas superiores (G)
con los pernos (H) y las dos cuchillas
inferiores (I) con los pernos y espacia-
dores (L).
4.8 TRANSPORTE CON
CAMIÓN O REMOLQUE
Al transportar la máquina con otros
medios, se deben considerar algunos
factores para garantizar mayor seguridad
y estabilidad durante el transporte, y más
precisamente:
• La máquina de puede transportar con
medios como por ejemplo camión,
remolques, etc. siempre que el medio
sea adecuado por lo que respecta al
galibo, la capacidad, el estado de la
estructura de sustentación; y de todas
maneras que respete las normas en
vigor en el país de uso de vuestra
máquina.
• Bloquear la máquina de manera segura
al tablado de vuestro medio, utilizando
las adecuadas fijaciones predispuestas,
usando cuerdas homologadas y en
buen estado.
La colocación y la fijación de
la máquina en el medio de
transporte, gravita bajo la res-
ponsabilidad del transportador.
La Empresa ALPEGO se exime
de toda responsabilidad ante
daños causados durante el
transporte de la máquina, en
caso que no se hayan aplicado las
medidas anteriormente descritas.
• Una vez descargada la máquina, contro-
lar eventuales daños sufridos a la misma.
