7.10 REPLACEMENT OF
THE COMB RODS FOR
• Unscrew the cover fixing screws (A)
(fig.56)
• Remove the cover plate (B)
• Remove the damaged rods (C) and
replace them with new ones.
In the bar there are rods for which it is
necessary to perform a series of
operations as described below:
• Rotate the cranks (D) and make sure
to bring the bar in a horizontal position.
You notice this when the limit switches
(E) are completely lean against the side.
• Remove the cranks (D) unscrewing
the bolt (F) and using suitable tools
for lifting, hook the bar to the crank
anchor supports (G) and tension the
lifting ropes.
• Remove the limit switch (E).
WARNING: To replace the rods
it is necessary to raise the
upper roller blade.
• Before detaching the roller blade from
the tailgate, the other roller blade must
be locked by inserting the locking pin
(H) into the drilled sector which adjusts
the depth to keep the machine stable.
7.11 REMPLACEMENT
HYDRAULIC PIPES
• The hydraulic oil pipes must be replaced
with original ALPEGO pipes having
identical features at least every five
years, independently of how much the
machine has been used.
• For the replacement operations, con-
tact ALPEGO directly or an authorized
dealer.

7.10 REEMPLAZO
VARILLAS DEL PEINE
PI
• Destornille los tornillos de fijación de la
tapa (A) (Fig. 56) .
• Retire la tapa (B) .
• Retire las varillas dañadas (C) y coloque
las nuevas.
En la barra hay varillas para las que es
necesario realizar una serie de opera-
ciones que se describen a continuación:
• Gire las manivelas (D) y asegúrese de
colocar la barra en posición horizontal;
nota esto cuando los finales de carrera
laterales (E) apoyan completamente en
el panel lateral.
• Retire las manivelas (D), desatornillando
el perno (F) y con los medios adecuados
para levantar, enganche la barra a los
soportes de anclaje de la manivela (G)
y tense las cuerdas de elevación.
• Retire el fin de carrera (E) .
ATENCIÓN: para reemplazar
las varillas es necesario elevar
la cuchilla del rodillo superior.
• Antes de desmontar la cuchilla del
rodillo del bastidor del capò, es necesario
bloquear la otra cuchilla insertando el
pasador de bloqueo (H) en la parte
perforada que regula la profundidad
para mantener la máquina estable.
7.11 SUSTITUCIÓN DE LOS
TUBOS HIDRÁULICOS
• Es obligatorio sustituir los tubos
hidráulicos del aceite con otros
originales de ALPEGO y de iguales
características al menos cada 5 años
independientemente de cuánto haya
funcionado la máquina.
• Para las operaciones de sustitución
diríjase directamente a ALPEGO o a
un concesionario autorizado.
