4.2 HANDLING
INSTRUCTIONS
Loading and unloading must be carried
out with lifting cables to standards.
Also:
• Make sure that the straps or cables
are made in accordance with current
standards and that they have the relative
dataplates certifying compliance with
the standards.
• MAKE SURE THAT THE MAXIMUM
LOAD CAPACITY OF EACH STRAP
OR CABLE IS GREATER THAN THE
TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE MACHINE.
• Check that the straps or cables are
in good condition.
• Pay maximum attention during all
handling operations, in order to not
damage the machine.
DO NOT APPROACH OR PASS
UNDER SUSPENDED LOADS.
4.3 LIFTING OF THE
MACHINE
The lifting and transport operations have
to be carried on with means suitable for
the weight of the machine and by personnel
trained for this kind of maneuver.
If the machine is supplied closed, connect
it only as indicated in the Fig. 21 to the two
suitable side hooks, during this operation
the machine shall not be lifted for more
than 200 mm from the ground.
Do not connect the machine to the
central spacer if it is closed. This may
cause the overturning of the machine
itself since its center of gravity is pla-
ced above the connection point.

4.2 ADVERTENCIAS PARA
EL DESPLAZAMIENTO
La carga o la descarga deberán reali-
zarse con cabos elevadores conforme
a la norma. También es necesario:
• Asegurarse de que las eslingas o los
cabos estén construidos conforme
a las normativas vigentes y de que
lleven las placas que certifican que
responden a las normas.
• ASEGÚRESE DE QUE LA CAPACIDAD
MÁXIMA DE CADA ESLINGA O CABO
SEA SUPERIOR AL PESO TOTAL DE
LA MÁQUINA.
• Comprobar que las eslingas o cabos
estén en buen estado.
• Prestar la máxima atención durante
todas las operaciones de desplaza-
miento, para así evitar daños a la
máquina.

4.3 LEVANTAMIENTO
Las operaciones de levantamiento y
transporte tienen que ser ejecutadas con
medios adecuados al peso de la máquina
y por personal adhiestrado a este tipo de
maniobras.
Si la máquina se entrega cerrada, en-
gancharla exclusivamente como indicado
en Fig. 21 en los dos ganchos laterales,
durante esta operación la máquina no
deberá estar levantada por mas de 200
mm. del suelo.
No enganchar la máquina en el
separador central si la máquina está
cerrada, se corre el peligro de vuelco
de la misma en cuanto el baricentro
se encuentra por encima del punto de
enganche.
Si la máquina se entrega abierta, acoplarla
como indica la Fig.22 en el separador
central y realizar el transporte, durante
esta operación la máquina no deberá
elevarse del suelo por más de 200mm.
