7.6.8.1 General
7.6.8.2 Enabling or disabling an audible signal

[PROG] button for 8 seconds.
1. Hold down the
'***Machine Menu***' is displayed after 8 seconds.
[PROG] button until '-> Change PIN' is displayed.
2. Press the
[START] button.
3. Press the
'old PIN = ---- <START>' is displayed.

[PROG] button.
4. Press the
'Get HELP # no' is displayed.

The previous PIN becomes invalid after retrieving the Help number.
[Rotary knob] to set 'yes' .
5. Use
[START] button.
6. Press the
'Are you sure ? no' is displayed.

[Rotary knob] to set 'yes' .
7. Use
[START] button.
8. Press the
'HELP # = 5487' is displayed.

Note down this Help number and use it to request the required
PIN. Setting a new PIN using the PIN received
The audible signal sounds:
■
after a problem occurs in the 2 s interval.
■
after completion of the centrifugation run and rotor standstill in the 30 s
interval.
Opening the lid or pressing any button stops the audible signal.
The rotor is stationary.

'SOUND / BELL = on' or 'SOUND / BELL = off' is displayed.

off = audible signal disabled

5. Press the [PROG] button.
