- when intervening on the electrical power supply,
- when intervening on the suspension arms and balancing system,
- when intervening on the optical system of the copulas which are equipped with filters intended to eliminate

CORRECTIVE ACTIOn
Switch off power supply and replace bulb(s).
Call engineering department.
1- Wait for return to normal power system or startup of
hospital power generator.
2- Check if another equipement is connected.
3- Call engineering department.
Check that all the power supplies
are properly switched on
(green indicator light).
Check if another piece of equipment is operating on
the same electrical power system.
Call engineering department.
Return cupola to normal utilization position (see cupola
description, page 15).
Call engineering department.
Check for presence of the main power system on the
control unit:
- green indicator light should be lit. If not lit, call
engineering department.
- if lit, check position of cupola which should not go
past the vertical position.
1) Ensure you are using bulbs recommended by
MAQUET SA. Do not use bulbs used with surgical
lights of previous generation (PRISMATIC) which
are not compatible for power and size.
2) Call engineering department to verify the voltage of
batteries (24 Volts) of emergency supply .
3) Call engineering department to verify AC voltage
at bulb terminals.
