Modifying and clearing edit data
When an edit point has been set incorrectly, follow the
method below to modify or clear the edit data.
$ Modifying edit points (IN point, OUT
point or duration) one frame at a time
(trimming)
O To increase the edit IN point by one frame, press
the + button while holding down the IN button.
O To decrease the edit IN point by one frame,
press the – button while holding down the IN
button.
O To increase the edit OUT point by one frame,
press the + button while holding down the OUT
button.
O To decrease the edit OUT point by one frame,
press the – button while holding down the OUT
button.
O To increase the duration by one frame, press the
+ button while holding down the DUR button.
O To decrease the duration by one frame, press
the – button while holding down the DUR button.
$ Modifying edit points (IN point, OUT
point or duration)
To modify an edit IN point by one more than one
frame:
1 Press the IN button.
2 To shift the edit point further back, press the +
button; to shift it further ahead, press the –
button.
3 Use the numeric input buttons to input the value
by which the edit point is to be incremented or
decremented.
4 Press the ENTER button.
To modify an edit OUT point, press the OUT button
instead of the IN button in step 1.
To modify a duration, press the DUR button instead
of the IN button in step 1.

or duration)
To clear an edit IN point:
1 Press the IN button.
2 Press the C button.
3 Press the ENTER button.
To clear an edit OUT point, press the OUT button
instead of the IN button in step 1.
To clear a duration, press the DUR button instead
of the IN button in step 1.
