Setup menu operations
User memory and factory settings
This unit has a user memory function in which users
can store settings.
If a particular set of settings is stored, they can be
recalled altogether.
It is also possible to recall the factory settings in one
go.
(The TC PRESET and UB PRESET values can
neither be stored nor recalled.)
Storing settings in the user memory

Press the SET UP ([SHIFT] + [7]) button to set the
unit to the setup mode.

Make the changes to the desired settings.

Press the RESET button of VTR2 to display the
initial setting screen.

Press the DUMP ([SHIFT] + [1]) button to store the
changed settings in the user memory.
Recalling settings registered in the user
memory

Press the SET UP ([SHIFT] + [7]) button to set the
unit to the setup mode.

Press the RESET button of VTR2 to display the
initial setting screen.

Press the LOAD ([SHIFT] + [2]) button to recall the
settings from the user memory.
Recalling the factory settings
(menu reset)

Press the SET UP ([SHIFT] + [7]) button to set the
unit to the setup mode.

Press the RESET button of VTR2 to display the
initial setting screen.

O If the PLAY button is pressed, all the items are
returned to their factory settings.
O If the STILL button is pressed, all the items
except for the system items are returned to their
factory settings.
O If the REW button is pressed, recalling the
factory settings is canceled.
