WARNING:
Unreadable and missing warning labels must be replaced immediately.
Do not use the tyre changer if one or more labels are missing.
Do not add any object that could prevent the operator from seeing the labels.
Use the code in this table to order labels you need.
once the connections described above have been made (See "Installation"), check to make sure the tyre changer works properly by carrying
out the following procedures:
1) Depress pedal (1, Fig. G) down: the table top (2, Fig. G) should turn clockwise.
Pull the pedal (1, Fig. G) up and the table top (2, Fig. G) should turn anticlockwise.
NB: if the turning direction is the opposite of what is described here, switch two wires in the three-wire plug (this should be down
by a qualified electrician).
2) open the bead loosener arm (4, Fig. G) manually and depress the bead loosener
pedal (3, Fig. G): the bead loosener will close.
3) Depress the pedal all the way down (5, Fig. G): the four clamps (6, Fig. G)
on the table top will open.
When the pedal is depressed again, the clamps should close.
4) Depress the pedal (7, Fig. G) to tilt the post (8, Fig. G) back to non-working
position.
Depress the pedal again, the post will recouple in its working position.
5) Press the yellow button (Pos. A, Fig. H1) on the handle (9, Fig. G): hexagonal
arm (10, Fig. G) and horizontal arm (11, Fig. G) will be locked in position and,
at the same time, the mount/demount head will be lifted 2 mm off the rim edge
(See Section on tyre removing).
Press the yellow button inside the handle (9, Fig. G) to return to the original
position (Pos. B, Fig. H1) by releasing the swing arm and vertical slide.
6) Check that a drop of oil drops into the lubricator glass cup (12, Fig. G) after
every two or three movements of the footpedals (3 or 5, Fig. G).
Oil feed may be regulated by means of the lubricator adjusting screw (see Fig.
H2).
WARNING!
During all operations, keep hands and other parts of the body as far as possible from moving parts of the machine.
Necklaces, bracelets and too large clothes, can be dangerous for the operator.

The optional PT 250 accessory and/or other specific accessories are required to work on RUN FLAT, LOW PROFILE
or UHP wheels. For use of the accessories and the correct operating procedure, refer to the manuals supplied
with the accessories themselves, approved by WDK.
