Wrap a piece of tape so it is 5/8 inch (15mm) from the end of a 1/16-inch
(1.5mm) drill bit. The tape will act as a guide to drill the holes the correct
depth for the control horn mounting screws.

Use a drill and the 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit prepared in the previous step
to drill the holes for the control horn mounting screws.

Thread an M2 x 15 self-tapping screw into each of the holes. Remove the
screw and apply 2–3 drops of thin CA in each hole to harden the threads.
CAUTION: Failure to correctly prepare the holes could result in the horn
pulling from the aileron, which could cause the loss of control of your
aircraft and a crash, resulting in property damage and injury.
Drehen Sie eine selbstschneidene Schraube in jedes der Löcher. Drehen Sie
die Schrauben wieder heraus und geben 2- 3 Tropfen dünnflüssigen Sekun-
denkleber in jedes Loch um das Holz zu härten.
ACHTUNG: Das nicht korrekte Vorbereiten der Schraublöcher kann
dazu führen, dass das Servohorn herausgerissen wird, was zu Kon-
trollverlust und einem Absturz mit Personen- oder Sachschäden führen
könnte.
Utilisez une vis M2x15 auto-taraudeuse pour tarauder les trous. Appliquez 2-3
gouttes de colle CA fluide dans chaque trou pour renforcer les taraudages.
ATTENTION : Une erreur de préparation des fixations du guignol peut
entraîner son arrachement causant une perte de contrôle provoquant
un cash avec dégâts matériel et blessures corporelles.
Avvitare le viti autofilettanti M2x15 nei loro fori, poi toglierle e mettere 2-3
gocce di colla CA nei fori per indurire il legno ed evitare che si strappi.
ATTENZIONE: se questa preparazione non viene eseguita corret-
tamente, c'è il rischio che le squadrette si stacchino e così si perde il
controllo degli alettoni con inevitabile incidente e relative conseguenze.
