Grilling Times and Food Safety
 
These grilling times should be used as a guide only; check food is fully cooked before
serving by making sure that juices run clear from meat and poultry, and that the flesh of
fish is opaque throughout. All times given here are for fresh or defrosted food.
 
 
All times are given as a guide only, for a more accurate assessment a meat
thermometer will tell you instantly if the food is cooked. When cooking frozen foods you
will have to adjust the cooking times, adding 3-6 minutes for meat and 2-3 for seafood.
For best results cook food fresh or defrosted.
