Assembly

If required, Heidolph offers a professional assembly service for the mechanical setup and

installation of the device, including all accessories supplied and commissioning .

The majority of the sensors and valves of the automatic module are

plugged into the coded connectors on the back of the Distimatic Pro

(sensor cards).

Thanks to the coding of the connectors, all units are automatically

detected and assigned in the device software!

All other units must be plugged into the correspondingly marked connec-

tion sockets. For a detailed description of all connections, please refer to

the assembly instructions supplied.

Faulty or disconnected units are detected and displayed when performing

a system test (integrated software function).

The assembly instructions supplied describe all steps for the correct connection of all tubes

and cables between the Distimatic Pro, the components supplied (containers, sensors, valves,

glassware) and the evaporation system in detail!

CAUTION

Due to improper system tubing and wiring as well as unauthorized

changes to the system, there is a risk of direct and indirect damage to

property!

For system tubing and wiring, follow all notes and instructions in the

assembly instructions provided (part number 01-001-009-12).

Do not make any unauthorized changes to the device, system, tubing,

nor the existing cable connections.

If necessary, contact our technical service (see „Heidolph International

contact information" on page 148).

The professional mounting and installation of the device including the

supplied accessories is within the sole responsibility of the operator!

Noncompliance will invalidate any warranty against

Heidolph Instruments.

The operator is solely liable for all damage resulting from unauthorized

changes or modifications to the device, from the use of unauthorized or

non-genuine spare parts and accessories, or from disregarding the safety

instructions and hazard warnings or the manufacturer's instructions!
