hereby declare, that the product designated below is in compliance with the basic
requirements of all applicable EU-directives stated below with regard to design, type of
model sold and manufactured by us. This certificate will be invalid if the product is
modified without the prior written consent and agreement of the manufacturer.
Following essential requirements of of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex I

The special technical documents were prepared in accordance to Annex VII, Part B. In
response to a reasoned request by the national authorities, relevant information on the
partly completed machinery can be transmitted via mail or email
The partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machinery
into which it is to be incorporated has been declared in conformity with the
provisions of this Directive, where appropriate.
