Touch the
button to open the on-screen keyboard (see also section „User input" on
page 99):

Use the on-screen keyboard to enter any recipe name.
It is not possible to assign recipe names twice! If a desired recipe name is
already stored in the system, a corresponding warning message appears.
In this case, you can enter a different name or update the existing recipe
with the new values.

Confirm your entry with
button, the actual settings and values can be stored in the system as a
ok
to store the new recipe or the new settings in the recipe list.
