b) Using the combination lock
The combination lock is ready for use once the configuration steps in section 14 a have been
completed. The middle LED will flash slowly to indicate that the lock is in normal mode (waiting
for a code).
User #1, #2 or #3 now wants to access the building using his/her access code
• The code 1111 was assigned to user #1. User #1 must enter the following code to activate
output #1:
• The combination lock will beep to indicate that the correct code has been entered (the middle
LED will turn on and then flash to indicate normal mode).
Output #1 will be activated for 3 seconds (the right-hand LED will turn on during this period).
• User #2 must enter their personal code to activate output #1:
• User #3 must enter their personal code to activate output #1:
User #4 wants to open the garage door
• The code 5555 was assigned to user #4. User #4 must enter the following code to activate
output #2:
• The combination lock will beep to indicate that the correct code has been entered (the middle
LED will turn on and then flash to indicate normal mode).
Output #2 will be activated for 15 seconds (the left-hand LED will turn on during this period).
