Cause
Connection has no contact in the
plug terminal.
Insulation trapped.
Wire is not inserted far enough.
Miniature circuit breaker has
tripped.

Voltage drop on the measuring

Possible sources of interference:
▪ Cables laid in parallel.
▪ Tap-change operations.
Line to the current transformer in-
terrupted.
Short-circuiting jumper in current
transformer is not removed.
Current transformer not correctly
parameterized.

Check connection cable.
Accept SSL certificate in browser.
Call up IP address using https://.
Deactivate SSL encryption.
Check the setting of IP addresses of the device
and PC and correct if necessary.
