If b R 2300 mm, the belt section is delivered fully assembled;
if b i 2300 mm, the belt section is delivered assembled in partial segments.
The motor with associated fastening material and assembly instructions is included
separately.
Fastening material for connecting to other belt sections or the fl oor must be ordered
separately, see Accessories.

• To fasten the belt section to the fl oor, each connection requires:

Performance description

CSS/B application:
• Longitudinal conveyors to transport glass modules in cleanroom environments
(usually class 1000 US Fed Std. 209E).
• Suitable for glass modules, LCD plates, or wafer trays.
CSS/BM application:
• Longitudinal conveyors to transport glass modules in cleanroom environments
(usually class 1000 US Fed Std. 209E).
• Suitable for glass modules, LCD plates, or wafer trays.
• Suitable for installation situations that have no space for the motor at the ends of
the belt section.
CSS/B, CSS/BM version:
• Belt section with two to fi ve tracks to securely support glass modules over the
entire width
• Section load: Max. 120 kg, dependent on the speed and the number of tracks.
