Changing the standard dual row range
To change the standard dual row range from 40 ÷50 to
35 ÷ 39 and vice versa, proceed as outlined.
1)
Lift the work vehicle.
CAUTION
Lift the work vehicle up by the minimum required to
carry out the procedure.
Secure the work vehicle in position (lifted off the
ground) with external means (trestles, etc.).
2)
Unscrew the screws (A) and remove the casing (B).
3)
Repeat the same procedure as for removing the
casing (C).
4)
Unscrew the screws (D) and remove the casing (E).
5)
Repeat the same procedure as for removing the
casing (F).
6)
Loosen the nut (G) and remove the casing (H).
7)
Repeat the same procedure as for removing the
casing (L).
8)
Undo the screw (M) to release the lever (N).
9)
Repeat the same procedure to adjust the other side
frame.
10) Loosen the screws (P) and slide the side frame (Q)
off the support.
11) Repeat the same procedure to slide the other side
frame off.
12) Invert the position of the side frames if required. Po-
sition the side frame (Q) on the left (Sx) and the side
frame (R) on the right (Dx).
NOTICE
Use suitably sized lifting means for handling.
Arrange the side frames according to the desired
dual row (see "Standard dual row range adjustment
(40 - 50)" and "Standard dual row range adjustment
(35 - 39)".
13) Tighten the screws (P) on the side frames.
14) Position the lever (N).
15) Tighten the screw (M).
16) Repeat the same procedure to adjust the other side
frame.
17) Position the casings (L - H).
18) Tighten the nuts (G).
19) Position the casings (F - E).
20) Tighten the screws (D).
21) Position the casings (C - B).
22) Tighten the screws (A).
23) Remove the external means securing the lifted ma-
chine and lower it to the ground.
