MOTORS
OUTLET
DISCONNECTED.
CONTROL UNIT ERROR.
PROBES EXCHANGED.
AFTER THE IGNITION, THE
WATER
TEMPERATURE
INCREASES VERY FAST.
• The Unicontrol does not detect items of
~230/240V - 50Hz. If the boiler is new, this
might be caused by electrical problems. If it
happens after repair, it might be due to the
non connection of the motors terminal
strips.
• Failure or possible failure in the Unicontrol.
• Gas outlet probe is exchanged by the NTC.
• Air in the installation.
• The Booster pump is stiff.
• Installation of radiators less than 10kW.
• The safety thermostat is armed. Purge the
whole heating system (see section 4) wait for
the boiler is completely cool and reset the
security thermostat.
• Gas outlet sensor damaged. Replace it.
• Unicontrol damaged. Replace it.
• Disconnect the Test of Control of the
hardware in menu 1-7b, disconnect the
boiler and connect it again; if everything
works well, tension decreases or you hear
noise in the electric mains.
• Check with a multimeter that the motors are
not in short-circuits.
• Disconnect the Test of Control of the
hardware in menu 1-7b, disconnect the
boiler and connect it again; if everything
works well, tension decreases or you hear
noise in the electric mains.
• The thermocouple and NTC are exchanged,
see wiring diagram.
• Purge installation, boiler and booster pump.
• Unstiff the pump (see point 4).
• Increase the installation.
