• The Unicontrol does not detect the reduction
motor of the Endless motor.
• The Unicontrol does not detect the start-up
Electrode (start-up resistance).
• The Unicontril detects that the pump or the
output
voltage
of
corresponding to the pump is in short-circuit.
• The Unicontrol detects that the Extractor of
tension
outlet
of
corresponding to the extractor is in short-
circuit.
• The Unicontrol detects that the reduction
motor or tension output of the Unicontrol
corresponding to the reduction motor is in
short-circuit.
• The Unicontrol detects that the start-up
electrode of tension output of the Unicontrol
corresponding to the electrode are in short-
circuit.
• Gas outlet temperature is not sufficient for
correct functioning; the minimum must be
o
100
C.
• The gas outlet sensor does not detect the
temperature required for operation.
• Security thermostat activated.
• If the boiler is new, this may be due to
electrical problems.
• Check if the endless motor is connected to
power, see menu 3 section 2.
• If power does not reach the endless motor,
check-with the boiler disconnected- if the
safety thermostat is activated. Reactivate if
necessary.
• If the boiler is new, this might be caused by
electrical problems.
• Make sure power reaches the start-up
resistance, see menu 3 section 3.
• Check the black cable going out from the
Unicontrol. Connect it if necessary.
• If the boiler is new, this might be caused by
electrical problems.
• Check with a multimeter if the motor is
clamped to earth or the winding is in short-
the
Unicontrol
circuit. Make sure power reaches the
convection motor, see menu 3 section 0.
• Check the grey cable going out from the
Unicontrol. Connect it if necessary.
• If the boiler is new, this might be caused by
electrical problems.
• Check with a multimeter if the motor is

• Check the red cable going out from the
Unicontrol. Connect it if necessary.
• Make sure power reaches the endless motor,

• Check the blue cable going out from the
Unicontrol. Connect it if necessary.
• If the boiler is new, this might be caused by
electrical problems.
• Check with a multimeter if the motor is
clamped to earth or the winding is in short-
circuits.
• Make sure power reaches the convection
motor, see menu 3 section 3.
• Check the grey cable going out from the
Unicontrol. Connect it if necessary.
• This is the first start-up of the boiler, wait
until the Motors stop and turn i ton again.
• There were no pellets in the boiler. Fill the
hopper in.
• The screw of the endless motor is
obstructed. Unblock it.
• Check the quality of the pellets, see if it
contains much sawdust or humidity. Buy a
new bag of pellets.
• The boiler is dirty and stopped the pellets
drop for security reasons. Carry out
maintenance.
