5.7. Cleaning of the heat exchanger. CAUTION! THE BOILER MUST BE UNPLUGGED BEFORE THIS OPERATION
(very important).
Side doors opening.
In Hidrocopper models, you should remove two screws. The first one is located in the top part, just in the
side door between the front column and the door. The second one is in the bottom of the same door. After
opening the doors, you must activate the cleaning drawers of the rake with the glass door closed; to prevent
the ash comes out the boiler.
Once this operation is performed, you will open the exchanger door and the front exchanger lid. For this, you
must remove the front trim anchored to the boiler by means of two flanges on each side, at the top and
bottom. With the cleaning brush with is sent with the boiler, you must clean the ash remains accumulated
between the exchanger pipes and the inside chambers. Replace the joints of the exchanger lids, if necessary.

In the insert model you must simply pull forward the whole set.
