6.16.
Pay special attention to the cleaning of the boiler as excess of dust may prevent the boiler from starting on.
6.17.
Check if the start-up resistance works.
THE START-UP RESISTANCE DOES NOT WORK:
6.18.
Make sure the resistance heats, take the basket and see if it becomes light red (do not touch).
THE GAS OUTLET EXTRACTOR DOES NOT WORK OR DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY:
6.19.
Make sure the motor rotates properly by rotating it with your hand (the boiler should be disconnected to do
so).
6.20.
Check that power reaches the motor, by turning the boiler on.
6.21.
Also check the exhaust connection strip and the CPU.
THE RECIRCULATION PUMP DOES NOT ROTATE:
6.22.
Make sure that the turbine is not stalled by unplugging the boiler. Then access to the right side and rotate it
with a screwdriver to ensure that it rotates perfectly.
THE BOILER TURNS OFF:
6.23.
There might be no pellets in the boiler.
6.24.
A forgotten set programme might have stopped the boiler. Check the programmation of the boiler at points
1-2 or 1-3. Also see chrono settings at point 1-4a show a NO.
6.25.
A bad quality of pellets, humidity, excess of sawdust, can be causes of unexpected stops.
