INSTALLATION.
The below security distances and assembly diagrams are given for information only as an adaptation shall be
made depending on the norms in force regarding gas outlet, power, security minimum distances specific to
geographic areas.
The installation of the boilers must be done in the same way, for this reason, only the HIdrocopper model
will be exposed. In the same way, air inlets and water connections will be missed in all drawings as section 4.10
indicates the minimum security distances to be respected for their installation.
4.1.
Remove the wooden box and the plastic protecting the boiler.
4.2.
Remove the screws that tie the boiler to the pallet.
4.3.
If our model has a plastic protection, it must be removed before starting it.
4.4.
In you have purchase a ceramic model; you must consider that ceramics is sent in cardboard boxes properly
protected.
In ceramic models the assembly order is shown in drawing 1. Ceramic columns should only be hanged on the
supports situated in the boiler itself.
4.5.
Mandatory: Stainless steel flex (AISI 316), never use aluminium.
4.6.
In cases of humidity in the atmosphere above 60% is highly recommended installing a double-walled pipe of
stainless steel.
4.7.
If the boiler is to be installed in a wooden house, it is compulsory to have a double-walled flex.
4.8.
If the boiler is going to be mounted in a French-style fireplace, use a flexible tube of stainless steel for the gas
outlet, fexible braided hoses for the hydraulic conections and a cover plate to avoid the gas reverse.
4.9.

Gas output must be located in a ventilated area, not in closed or half-closed areas e.g. garage, corridor, air
space of the house or places where gas may concentrate.
4.11.
The external parts of the boiler may reach high temperatures that might burn when touching; it is
recommended to use a non flammable grid to avoid risk of burn for children and old people.
