4.3 PULIZIA VETRINA

Giornalmente si può effettuare la pulizia delle superfici
vetrate e lo scarico della vaschetta di raccolta dell'acqua
di condensa, in particolare poi per:

- PULIZIA ESTERNO VETRINA

Lʼesterno della vetrina deve essere pulito con acqua ed un
detersivo delicato (N°24).
ATTENZIONE!
Non usare mai pagliette metalliche, abrasivi,
carta vetrata o simili e nemmeno prodotti chi-
mici notoriamente aggressivi quali acidi, cloro
e derivati, ammoniaca etc.
La pulizia delle antine scorrevoli in metacrilato va fatta
utilizzando acqua e detersivi liquidi, privi di ammoniaca
o sostanze alcoliche, in modo da non rovinare la super-
ficie.
ATTENZIONE!
Evitare assolutamente lʼuso di alcool puro.
- PULIZIA PIANO DI ESPOSIZIONE REFRIGERATO
Lʼinterno della vasca refrigerata deve essere pulito
periodicamente ( si consiglia almeno settimanalmente),
per cui alla fine della giornata lavorativa, si consiglia
di (N°24a):
- Togliere i prodotti dalla vetrina .
- Eseguire le operazioni descritte in 4.1
- Lasciare sbrinare la vetrina (almeno per 1h)
- Con una spugna o un panno umidi, usando acqua tiepida
e senza detersivi, pulire lʼ interno della vetrina, come
mostrato in N°24a.
ATTENZIONE!
Evitare di usare molta acqua poiché questa,
finendo poi nella vaschetta di raccolta, potrebbe
traboccare.

4.3 CLEANING THE DISPLAY UNIT

The glass surfaces should be cleaned on a daily basis, as
should the tray for the collection of condensate water. In
particular with regard to:
- CLEANING THE DISPLAY UNIT EXTERIOR
The display unit exterior must be cleaned using water and
a mild detergent (N°24).
CAUTION!
Never use metal scourers, abrasives, sandpaper
or similar, or well-known aggressive chemical
products such as acids, chlorine and chlorine
derivatives, ammonia, etc.
The methacrylate sliding panels must be cleaned using
only water and alcohol/ammonia-free liquid detergents,
in order not to ruin their surfaces.
CAUTION!
Never use pure alcohol to clean the display
unit.
- CLEANING THE REFRIGERATED DISPLAY TOP
The inside of the refrigerated basin must be cleaned regularly
(we advise that this be done at least on a weekly basis). For this
reason, at the end of one working day each week, the following
should be carried out (N°24a):
- Remove all products from the unit.
- Carry out the operations described in Section 4.1.
- Leave the unit to defrost (for at least 1 hour).
- Using a damp cloth or sponge and lukewarm water containing
no detergents, clean the inside of the unit, as shown in N°24a.
CAUTION!
Avoid using too much water as it runs into
the condensate tray, which it may cause to
overflow.
