Réglage du dispositif d'adaptation rapide du cadre
Si vous avez exploité toute la plage de réglage et que vous voulez
régler le Trix pour des personnes plus grandes, vous devez inter-
venir sur le dispositif de réglage rapide du cadre.
Ce réglage modifie la plage d'adaptation et le Trix peut s'ad-
apter 2 à des personnes dont la taille est comprise entre 1,65 m et
2,00 m environ. Cette adaptation nécessite un kit de modification.
Adressez-vous à votre revendeur Hase Bikes.

Ouvrez la chaîne au niveau de l'attache rapide. Extrayez la
chaîne du système de réglage rapide du cadre.
2.
Ouvrez les trois carters de poulies de renvoi (1) en extrayant
les vis hexacaves M4 avec une clé Allen de 3 mm et les vis
hexacaves M5 avec une clé Allen de 4 mm.

Déposez le réglage rapide du cadre. Extrayez des carters des
roulettes de renvoil es tubes aluminium (2).
Remarque :
Il n'y a aucun jour entre les tubes et les carters où ils s'in-
sèrent. Veillez à ce que les ergots internes (3) des carters ne
soient pas endommagés. Lors du remontage, le perçage des
tubes doit s'emboîter sur l'ergot interne du carter.

Prenez les tubes aluminium longs du kit de modification et
assemblez le réglage rapide du cadre comme indiqué sur
l'illustration du milieu. Le schéma éclaté à la page 36 peut
également vous être utile. Insérez les tubes aluminium sur
les ergots internes des carters de roulette. Insérez les rou-
lettes de renvoi (4) sur le collet du siège de roulement dans
carters de roulettes de renvoi.

Positionnez les demi-carters de poulie de renvoi opposés et
serrez les vis hexacaves M4 avec une clé Allen de 3 mm et les
vis hexacaves M5 avec une clé Allen de 4 mm.
9.
Insérez le tube inférieur avec le ressort de compression dans
la douille de ressort au niveau du collier du cadre. Avec la vis
hexacave M5, vissez l'élément de renvoi avant, plus petit, au
support de tube de chaîne présent sur la bôme.

Adjusting the quick-adjust assembly
In order to adjust the Trix to lengths outside of the range of the
quick-adjust assembly (e.g. for larger riders), changes must be ma-
de to the quick-adjust assembly. After the quick-adjust assembly
has been modified, the Trix will have a different range for quick
length adjustments. This range can accommodate riders from
approx. 1.65 to 2.00 m (5'5" to 6'7") in height.

Open the chain at the master link. Pull the chain out of the
quick-adjust assembly.

Open the three idler-pulley units (1) by removing the M4 Allen
bolts with a 3mm Allen key and the M5 Allen bolts with a 4mm
Allen key.

Remove the whole quick-adjust assembly from the frame.

Pull the aluminum tubes (2) out of the idler-pulley units.
Note:
The ends of the tubes fit tightly in the housing of the idler-pul-
ley units. Be careful not to damage the small protrusions (3) in
the housing of the idler-pulley units. The holes in the tubes must
be aligned with the protrusions in the idler-pulley housing when
reassembling the quick-release mechanism.

Take the longer tubes from the retrofit kit and then reas-
semble the modified quick-adjust mechanism, referring to the
lower middle diagram on the left or the exploded view of
assembly on page 36. Begin by laying out the left (frame-side)
halves of the idler-pulley housing and connecting them with
the aluminum tubes, taking special care to line up the holes
in the tubes with the small protrusions in the housing. Then
place the idler pulleys (4) in the housing, ensuring that the
inner ring of each ball bearing is properly seated on the collar
in the center of the respective bearing seat.
8.
Place the right (outer) halves of the idler-pulley housing onto
the left halves, and fasten them using the M4 Allen bolts
(3mm Allen key) and the M5 Allen bolts (4mm Allen key).
9.
Insert the end of Teflon tube (protruding from the lower alu-
minum tube) through the compression spring in the sleeve
of the frame clamp. The aluminum tube will be pressing
against this spring. Mount the small, front idler-pulley unit to

the chain-tube mounting bracket on the front boom using
the M5 Allen bolt.
