Preparing the ground

NOTICE
No leak-tightness of the supporting/sealing surface present between pendulum
base and substructure.
Leak-tightness between the pendulum base (2) and substructure (4) must be
ensured using O-ring (3).

The load distribution on the available load cells must be as even as possible to
prevent overload of the individual load cells.

Use the drilling template to generate the drilling pattern of the pendulum bases (see
Chapter 4.4) according to the weighing system arrangement.

The contact surfaces of the pendulum bases (2) and the contact surfaces of the vessel
feet (1) must be arranged in parallel.

It is imperative to observe the maximum permissible inclination (≤1 mm); refer to
igure.
The ground must be designed as follows for the pendulum base:
-
horizontal (spirit level!) supporting/sealing surface
Note:
A pendulum base with tilt correction compensates for any inclination of ≤3°.

lat supporting/sealing surface
-
suicient load carrying capacity for the provided loads
