Cooking rice
You can cook white rice for all your meals in the internal steam basket. Place 0.7 litres of
water into the bowl without accessories attached. Line the internal steam basket with baking
parchment, and add 300 ml of water with 3 pinches salt.
Add 300 g rice and mix with a spatula. Place the internal steam basket in the bowl and close
the lid. Ensure the steam regulator cap is placed in the lid in the high steam position. Start the
P1 steam program for 25 minutes. When cooked, separate the rice with a fork and keep the lid
closed until serving to keep it warm.

Use the internal steam basket to cook your soft-boiled eggs and to accompany your starters.
Place 0.7 l of water into the bowl without accessories. Put the lid on and ensure the steam
regulator cap is placed in the lid in the high steam position. Run the steam program P1 for 10
minutes. Arrange the eggs in the internal steam basket and place it in the bowl. Start program P1
again and adjust the time depending on how you want them cooked. At the end of the cooking
time, plunge the eggs in cold water (for soft-boiled or hard-boiled eggs) or eat immediately for
boiled eggs.
