TEST METHOD(S)
The FP10 LAFAYETTE II was evaluated in accordance with the following:
ASTM E2515-11- Standard Test Method for Determination of Particulate Matter Emissions
Collected by a Dilution Tunnel
ASTM E3053-17 - Standard Test Method for Determining Particulate Matter Emissions from
Wood Heaters using Cordwood Test Fuel. It is based on the ALT-125 send by EPA on February

MATERIAL SOURCE
A sample of the FP10 LAFAYETTE II was submitted to Intertek directly from the client. The sample
was not independently selected for testing. The test unit was handed to the Intertek
representative at client's facility in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec. The unit was inspected
upon receipt and found to be in good condition. The unit was set up following the
manufacturer's instructions without difficulty.
