Devices with product code CP6632 or WEM41020-000 or WEM41020-000A :
After inserting the dry cells (or NiMH batteries) correctly, press the ON/OFF
key until the first " Checking EEPROM" screen comes up.
To turn the unit off, press the ON/OFF key until the "Instrument in standby
mode" screen comes up.
Allow about ten seconds between phases.
Devices with product code WEM41020-000B :
After inserting the dry cells (or NiMH batteries) correctly, press the ON/OFF
key until the first screen comes up ("Checking EEPROM" or "Product name" or
"Product name + logo", following the software version).
To turn the unit off completely, press the ON/OFF key until the "Instrument in
power off mode" screen comes up. In this case, the Date + Time are lost.
In standby mode, the Time is retained. To go to standby mode, press both
the HOLD and ON/OFF keys until the " Instrument in standby mode " screen
comes up. To return to normal operating mode, again press the ON/OFF key

screen comes up.
Allow about ten seconds between phases.
The product code is located on the bottom code label at the back of the unit.

The keypad:
2 function keys (F1 and F2) for selecting the different menus
displayed on the screen.
The navigator consisting of 4 arrows (up (↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ), down (↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ), right ( ),

A cancel key (CLEAR).
A key for switching the instrument and the backlighting on and off
(ON/OFF).
When in operation, one short press switches the lighting on or off.
A validation key (VAL).
A HOLD key allows the temporary stopping of a process (short
press).
