Disposing of packaging

Sort the packaging for disposal.
Send paper and cardboard for
paper recycling, and film to the
appropriate disposal location.
Disposing of the multi­tool
- Dispose of the multi-tool according to
the regulations in force in your coun-
try.
Old appliances must not be
disposed of with household
waste! This symbol indicates
that this product may not be
disposed of in the household
waste in accordance with the Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Directive (WEEE 2012/19/EU) and
national laws. This product must be
taken to an appropriate collection point.
This can be done, for example, by
returning the product when buying a
similar product or by handing it in at an
authorised collection point for the recy-
cling of waste electrical and electronic
equipment. Improper handling of waste
equipment can have a negative impact
on the environment and human health
due to potentially hazardous substances
commonly found in WEEE. Correct dis-
posal of this product contributes
towards the effective use of natural
resources. Information regarding collec-
tion points for used equipment can be
obtained from your regional authorities,
public disposal companies, an author-
ised office for the disposal of used elec-
trical and electronic equipment or from
your waste disposal company.

• Store the machine, operating instruc-
tions and where necessary the acces-
sories in the original packaging. In this
way you will always have all the infor-
mation and parts ready to hand.
• Meister devices are to a large extent
maintenancefree, a damp cloth being
sufficient to clean the casing. Please
note additional hints given in the oper-
ating instructions.
• Meister devices are subject to stringent
quality control. If however a functional
fault shoult occur, send the device to
our servicing address. The repairs will
be carried out in a short time.
• A brief description of the defect
speeds up the faulttracing and repair
time. If within the guarantee period,
please enclose theguarantee docu-
ment and the proof of purchase.
• In so far as a repair under guarantee is
not concerned, we will charge the
repair costs to your account.
PLEASE NOTE! Opening of the
device invalidates the guarantee
claim!
IMPORTANT! We point out
expressly that in accordance
with the Product Liability Act we do
not take responsibility for any damage
caused by our appliances, in so much
that said damage is caused by
improper repair, or original parts or
parts released by us not being used
when parts are changed, or repairs
not being conducted by Conmetall
Meister GmbH, Customer Service or
an authorised specialist! The same
applies analogously to the accesso­
ries used.
