same time. The correlation between
emission and noise pollution levels
can not reliably lead to a derivation on
whether additional precautionary meas-
ures are necessary or not.
Factors which may influence the par-
ticular level of noise pollution present at
the workplace include the specification
of the work space and the environment,
the duration of the actions, other sourc-
es of noise, and the like.
Please take into account possible devi-
ations in the national regulations for the
reliable workplace values. However, the
above information allows the user to
better estimate the hazard and risk.

CAUTION!
The above mentioned vibration emission
value was measured in accordance with
a normed test procedure standardised in
DIN EN 62841-1; EN 62841-2-4 and can
be used in order to compare one power
tool with another. It is also suitable for
the preliminary assessment of the vibra-
tion load. The actual vibration emission
value may, as described below, deviate
according to the type of use:

ti-tool,
• Use of the correct accessories and
their proper condition,
• firm hold of the multi-tool by the user,
• proper use of the multi-tool as
described in these operating instruc-
tions.
Improper use of the multi-tool can cause
vibration-related illnesses.
CAUTION!
Depending on the type of application
or the conditions of use, the following
safety measures must be observed to
protect the user:
- Try to avoid vibration as much as pos-
sible.
- Only use accessories that are in per-
fect condition.
- Use vibration-damping gloves when
using the multi-tool.
- Look after and maintain the multi-tool
according to these operating instruc-
tions.
- Avoid using the multi-tool in tempera-
tures below 10 °C.
- Plan your work steps so that you do
not have to use the strongly vibrating
multi-tool over several days.
