Code card

The keys come with a CODE CARD (fig. 8), which shows:
the electronic code (A, fig. 9) to be used if the engine is
locked, and if the engine fails to start when the key is at On.
Warning
Keep the CODE CARD in a safe place. It is advisable
to always carry the electronic code shown on the CODE
CARD with you when using the motorcycle, in case it is
necessary to override the engine lock by means of the
release procedure that uses the throttle twistgrip.
In case of faulty immobilizer system, the following
procedure gives the chance to disable "engine lock"
function - signalled by illumination of the yellow amber
EOBD warning light (7, fig. 4).
This operation is only possible with the electronic code
shown on the code card.
