Connections and Settings

Turn off the power to all the units to be connected.
Connect the power cords only after completing all
other connections.
Note
This unit has no power switch. When you connect AC
power using the supplied AC power cord, the unit is
turned on, and all the indicators on the front panel
flash during the starting process.

Basic Connection Example

Video cameras (max. 9 units with HSR-X209P and max. 16 units with HSR-X216/X216P)

Main monitor
When using a video monitor having no S-VIDEO input as
the main monitor, connect it to the BNC-type MONITOR 1
connector.
