LIFT WITH MECHANICAL SAFETY DEVICES (FOR INSTALLING
TECHNICIANS ONLY)
•
Make sure that the working area is free of people and objects;
•
Ensure that the power supply voltage of the existing main electrical system is correct for
the control unit of the machine (230 V or 400 V);
•
Make sure that power reaches the control unit;
•
Pour oil in the tank (approx. 15 litres);
•
Power the lift on using the main switch;
•
Perform calibration;
CALIBRATING LIFT: (FOR AUTHORISED USERS ONLY) (FIG. 20)
•
Turn the lift off.
•
Set dip-switch 5 to ON.
•
Turn the lift on
•
Wait for the red alarm warning light to turn on and then off.
•
Set dip-switch 5 to OFF.
•
The lift sounds an intermittent beep and the red and green lights turn on.
•
Lower the lift completely to the floor (CAL 0 point), then press the red button P1 on the board.
•
The board sounds a beep for confirmation, then the GREEN light goes out.
•
Move the lift to the first 3 teeth in the lowest position (CAL 1 point). (FIG. 20.1)
•
Press the red button (P1) on the board. The board sounds a beep for confirmation, then the
GREEN OK light goes out.
•
Take the lift up to the last tooth at the top (CAL 2 point). (FIG.20.2)
•
Lock the lift in safe mode.
•
Press the button on the board. The board sounds a beep for confirmation and the green and
red lights turn on at the end of the procedure to indicate that calibration is completed.
•
Move the lift up by a short distance and switch the lift off. The lift is now calibrated.

SAFETY LOCK button:
NOTE: If the safety lock button is pressed, the safety devices drop when the button is released.
This is not a problem as the devices are lifted again the next time the up or down button is
pressed.
