Cod Fillet with Garlic Herb Crust
Ingredients:
approx. 50 – 80 g

Preparation:
1. Squeeze the garlic clove with the garlic press.
2. Mix together the garlic, paprika powder, basil, sea salt, pepper and breadcrumbs in
a bowl.
3. Pour the egg white into a separate bowl.
4. First turn the cod fi llet in the egg white, then in the breadcrumbs and then in the garlic
and herb breadcrumb coating.
5. Cook the cod fi llet in the device (see "Use"):
Cooking temperature: 200°C
Cooking time: approx. 15 – 18 minutes (turn after 10 minutes)
The cooking time may differ from the recipe depending on the size of the fi llet.
Adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time accordingly if necessary.
Courgette Sticks
Ingredients:
½ – 1
courgette

egg
¼ – ½ cup
fl our
¼ – ½ cup
breadcrumbs
Preparation:
1. Cut the courgette into small sticks.
2. Whisk the egg.
3. Place the egg, fl our and breadcrumbs in separate small bowls.
4. Turn the courgette sticks in fl our, then in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
5. Cook the courgette sticks in the device (see "Use"):
Cooking temperature: 200°C
Cooking time: approx. 12 – 17 minutes
(depending on how crunchy or soft you want the courgette sticks to be)
The cooking time may differ from the recipe depending on the size of the courgette
sticks. Adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time accordingly if necessary.
