WARNING:
Danger from shavings/chips or tool fragments
being thrown from the machine!
▷ Make sure that the door of the Ceramill Mikro
is always closed during processing!
NOTE:
Insufficient milling results and increased wear
when dry processing!
▷ Do not operate the Ceramill Mikro without
extraction (e.g. Ceramill Airstream)!

Changing the blank holder

In delivery condition, the Ceramill Mikro is
equipped with a 71 blank holder.

To change the blank holder:
▷ With the door closed, press operation button [A]
for at least three seconds.
The current tool is placed down. The blank
holder [2] moves to the change position.

▷ Loosen fastening screw [1].
▷ Pull off the blank holder toward the right.
▷ Clean the locating bore and surfaces.
▷ Check the pin of the blank holder and clean if
required.
▷ Insert the blank holder with the pin to the stop
in the locating bore.
Inaccurate working results or damage to the
blank-holder fixture possible!
▷ Tighten fastening screw [1] with a torque of
4 Nm.
The torque wrench included in the delivery
scope is appropriately set.
▷ Tighten fastening screw [1] with with the sup-
plied torque wrench.
▷ Briefly press operation button [A].
The machine advances to the starting position.
