_ Incompatibility reactions caused by residual monomer content
_ Mechanical failure
Process steps in the dental laboratory
Cutting out and processing
▷ Use cross-toothed tungsten carbide cutters or cutting discs suitable
for plastic, for cutting out and processing constructions from the
blank.
▷ Carefully polish the surface to a high gloss.
▷ To avoid fitting inaccuracies after the construction has been manu-
factured: Prevent intense heat generation during processing and
polishing.
