The Ceramill Mikro is delivered with a Ceramill
TEST 71L test blank inserted in the blank holder.
Prior to delivery, a test object was factory-milled
in order to check the zero point settings. Possibly
remaining milled shavings/chips are not a reason
for rejection. The test blank is provided for test
milling and calibration of the Ceramill Mikro.
▷ After unpacking, check the machine for com-
pleteness and possible transport damages.
Please claim any transport damages immedi-
ately with your supplier (compare with Ceramill
Mall set-up checklist).

Intended Use

Ceramill Mikro is a PC-controlled grinding
machine for the fabrication of dentures by means
of:
_ Dry processing of blanks made of
▪ pre-sintered zirconium oxide
▪ unsintered non-precious metals (NPMs)
▪ wax
▪ plastics
Using blanks and tools not approved by Amann
Girrbach can damage the machine and make the
product unusable. For such cases, Amann
Girrbach shall assume no liability whatsoever.
Unauthorised modifications/alterations of the
machine shall also void the warranty.
A compressed-air connection is required
for operation of Ceramill Mikro (see
page 32).
Dry processing is permitted only in conjunction
with an appropriate extraction system (for techni-
cal requirements, see page 32). We recommend
using Ceramill Airstream.
4.3

CE Declaration of Conformity

In terms of design and performance, this product
complies with the European Directives and the
supplementary national requirements. Conform-
ity has been confirmed with the CE marking.
