l Manual pumping requires a threaded
pump set on the connector (reusable
pump set). For this reason, manual
pumping is not possible with the
One-Day Pump Set.

7.4 Manual pumping

Screw the cylinder onto the
breastshield connector of
the reusable pump set.

Twist down the vacuum regulator
ring and increase the vacuum until
it is slightly uncomfortable. Turn back
to reduce the vacuum slightly. Start
manual pumping motion.
