Installation

WARNING! Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. A two person lift is
recommended. Failure to perform a two person lift may result in personal
injury.
Do not remove the adhesive and protective cap before connecting the turbopump

Do not install or use the pumping system in an environment exposed
to atmospheric agents (rain, snow, ice), dust, aggressive gases, or in
explosive environments or those with a high fire risk. During
operation, the following environmental conditions must be respected:

In the presence of magnetic fields the pumping system must be
protected using a ferromagnetic shield.
The TPS-mobile have to be placed on a flat floor.
The turbo pump with ISO inlet flange must be connected to the
counter-flange by means of clamps. For the number of clamps to use
and tightening torque, please refer to the manual to the turbo pump
to use.
The turbo pump with ConFlat inlet flange must be secured through
suitable Agilent mechanical nuts and bolts. For the tightening torque
of screws, refer to the manual of the turbo pump to use. For further
details, see annex "Technical Information".
