WORKING TECHNIQUE

The EMS Piezon Surgery instruments vibrate
in a controlled back and forth oscillation. During
treatment, always hold the instrument tangentially
to the tooth surface. Move the handpiece like a
paintbrush while applying a light lateral pressure.
Place the instrument on the surface of the bone
and slowly move it back and forth while applying
a light pressure.
Do not move the instrument straight to
the enamel surface. Never point the tip of the
instrument to the tooth surface (unless otherwise
specified).
Do not use the instruments on metal or
ceramic restorations, nor on prosthesis units
as they might be damaged (unless otherwise
specified).

TECHNIQUE DE TRAVAIL

Les instruments Piezon Surgery EMS vibrent selon
une oscillation longitudinale contrôlée. Pendant le
traitement, toujours tenir l'instrument tangentiel-
lement à la surface de la dent. Guider la pièce à
main comme un pinceau en exerçant une légère
pression latérale.
Placer l'instrument au contact de l'os et faire un
lent mouvement de va et vient en exerçant une
pression légère.
Ne pas diriger l'instrument de front contre
l'émail. Ne jamais diriger la pointe de l'instrument
sur la surface de la dent (sauf exceptions
mentionnées).
Ne pas utiliser les instruments sur des
restaurations métal ou céramique, ainsi que
sur des unités prothétiques car cela pourrait les
endommager (sauf exceptions mentionnées).

ARBEITSTECHNIK

in einer kontrollierten Vor- und Zurückbewegung.
Während der Behandlung sollten Sie das Instrument
daher immer tangential zur Zahnoberfläche halten.
Führen Sie mit dem Handstück pinselstrichartige
Bewegungen mit nur leichtem seitlichen Druck aus.
Setzen Sie das Instrument auf die Oberfläche des
Knochens und bewegen Sie es langsam mit nur
leichtem Druck vor und zurück.
Halten Sie das Instrument nicht frontal gegen
den Zahnschmelz. Richten Sie die Instrumenten-
spitze nie direkt auf die Zahnoberfläche. (Es sei denn,
diese Möglichkeit wird ausdrücklich angegeben.)
Verwenden Sie die Instrumente weder bei
Metall- oder Keramikrestaurationen, noch bei
Prothesen, da diese beschädigt werden könnten.
