Instrument SL6 for elevating
the Schneider's membrane
Instrument for elevating the Schneider's membrane
inside the sinus and for disengagement of
anatomical structures. It is a non-cutting spatula,
90° oriented.
It is important to permanently keep the instrument
in contact with the bone edges during use.
The elevation should be undertaken first at the
apical, then at the mesial and finally at the distal
part.
Use a medium to low power setting and a medium
to low irrigating liquid flow rate.

Instrumento para la elevación de la membrana
de Schneider en el interior del seno y para la
separación de estructuras anatómicas. Se trata
de una espátula no cortante, con una orientación
a 90°.
Es importante que, durante el uso, el instrumento
esté en contacto permanente con los bordes del
hueso.
La elevación debe realizarse, en primer lugar,
en la parte apical, seguidamente en la mesial y,
finalmente en la distal.
Utilice un ajuste de potencia de medio a bajo y un
caudal de líquido de irrigación de medio a bajo.

non tagliente, orientata a 90°.
È importante mantenere costantemente lo
strumento a contatto con i bordi ossei durante
l'utilizzo.
Il sollevamento deve essere effettuato anzitutto
nella parte apicale, quindi nella parte mesiale e
infine nella parte distale.
Utilizzare un'impostazione di potenza da media
a bassa e una quantità di liquido d'irrigazione da
media a bassa.

Das Instrument dient zum Anheben der Schnei-
derschen Membran innerhalb des Sinus und zum
Lösen anatomischer Strukturen. Es ist ein nicht
schneidender Spatel im 90°-Winkel.
Während des Einsatzes muss das Instrument
immer in Kontakt mit den Knochenrändern bleiben.
Das Anheben sollte erst apikal, dann mesial und
schließlich distal erfolgen.
Verwenden Sie eine mittlere bis niedrige Leistungs-
stufe und eine mittlere bis niedrige Fließgeschwin-
digkeit der Spülflüssigkeit.

Höjningen skall ske först vid apisk, sedan vid
mesial och slutligen vid distal del.
Använd en medelhög till låg effekt och ett medelhögt
till lågt spolningsflöde.
