Water supply option
● Manual regulation of the water supply: You must therefore monitor the filling process and the wa
ter supply during the cooking process and close the tap when the vessel is full. This is important
as there is no automatic shut-off when the vessel is filled with water.
5.2
Switch on appliance
. Switch on the local electrical main switch.
● On the display
− the version number and the type number of the control will briefly be displayed.
− three dots are illuminated.
3 sec.
. Press and hold the key "On/Off"
● The setpoint temperature is shown on the display.
● The appliance heats up. Point flashes in the right display field.
5.3
Selecting, changing and displaying the temperatures
Setpoint temperatures set at the works:
Key 1 = 110°C
Key 2 = 180°C
Key 3 = 200°C
Key 4 = 220°C
Setting range: 50°C to 250°C
Less than 50°C, three dashes
The setpoint temperatures set at the works can be changed. Refer to page 39, Chapter 5.7.1
5.3.1
Selecting and changing the setpoint temperature
. Press the key "P"
. Within 3 seconds, press the key "1, 2, 3 or 4".
● The setpoint temperature selected is displayed.

For changing the setpoint temperature:
. Within 3 seconds, press and hold the key "Up"

● First, the values are reduced or increased slowly, then rapidly. By pressing the key, the setting is
carried out in increments of 5.
The performed temperature change is cancelled after
3 sec.
‒ pressing a different temperature key (key "P and 1, 2, 3 or 4") or
‒ Switching the appliance/control off and on.

Indicate the actual temperature
. Press the key "Actual temperature/tilting"
● The actual temperature is displayed in the right display field for 3 seconds.
