Tilting the bratt pan
Provide a heat-resistant vessel (Gastronorm container).

. Remove cooking and stirring utensils from the bratt pan and other objects.
. Before tilting, open the lid.
. Swivel the water inlet pipes out of the tilt area.
● Before the tilting procedure, make sure that there no other persons are handling the bratt pan!
● Supervise the tilting procedure!
● Exercise appropriate caution

Note the weight of the Gastronorm container! Note healthy posture!
Switching off/interruptions during the tilting procedure
‒ Cooking time and start time are switched off.
‒ The heating procedure is interrupted.
Before the tilting procedure, the lid must by fully open, otherwise tilting cannot be carried out (fault
E15 is indicated and acoustic signal sounds).
The tilting procedure can be carried out when the control is switched on and off.
Activating the arrow keys for the tilting procedure
. Press and hold the key "Actual temperature/tilting"
