Intended use

● The appliance must only be used for the preparation of food, e.g. baking, braising and blanching
with cooking oil/fat!
● The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated
− by instructed trained personnel,
− if the appliance is supervised,
− for the purpose designated in the operating instructions.
● Any other, or extended use is considered as non-intended use.
● The user alone is responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the intended use.
● Each misuse of the appliance results in the guarantee, warranty and general liability of the manu­
facturer becoming invalid.
● It is forbidden to modify the appliance.
1.6 Misuse
● The appliance must not be used for deep frying.
● The appliance must not be used for cooking with salt! The frying surface of the bratt pan is made
from special chrome steel. This steel has good thermal conducting properties and is therefore
preferred and ideal for frying processes. When cooking, e.g. dumplings or noodles with salt, the
frying surface is attacked any may corrode!
● Do not use the appliance as a storage or work surface!
● The appliance may not be used for the heating, drying and storage of objects and not for the
melting of materials!
● The appliance must not be used to heat rooms!
● The appliance must not be operated in the open.
● The appliance must not be used by
− children,
− persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities,
− untrained personnel.
