Short time clock
Factory-set times
‒ Key 1 = 10 minutes
‒ Key 2 = 30 minutes
‒ Key 3 = 1 hour
‒ Key 4 = 2 hours
The times set at the works can be changed. Refer to page 39, Chapter 5.7.2
Instructions
● The time can only be set when the short time clock has not yet been started.
● You can switch key sounds and acoustic signals off and on and change the duration of the
acoustic signal. Refer to page 42, Chapter 5.10
5.5.1
Operating without the short time clock
There are three indication statuses possible in the left display field:
‒ No indication
‒ Indication of a time, but the short time clock is not started. The key "START/STOP" has not been
pressed.
‒ Continuous mode is set, three dashes are indicated
5.5.2
Selecting, changing and starting the short time clock
. Press the desired key "1, 2, 3 or 4".
● The time is shown on the display.

● The indicator light in the key glows.
When to change the time for the current cooking process:
3 sec.
. Within 3 seconds, press and hold the key "Up"
● First, the values are reduced or increased slowly, then rapidly. By pressing the key, the setting is
respectively reduced or increased by one increment.
. Press the "START/STOP" key
● The indicator light in the key "START/STOP"
● The indicator lamp in the key "1, 2, 3 or 4" flashes.
● The time runs down.
● Whilst the short time clock lapses, the setpoint temperatures and cooking times cannot be
changed.
● After expiry of the time, an acoustic signal is output.
. Interrupting the acoustic signal
− Press the key "1, 2, 3 or 4" with the flashing indicator lamp or
− wait for 10 seconds (setting at the works) until the acoustic signal automatically stops.
● The flashing indicator light in the key "1, 2, 3 or 4" switched from flashing to illuminating.
● The time saved by the key appears on the display.
