Changing basic settings of start times
With this function, the start times set at the works can be changed.
These settings remain stored even after the appliance has been switched on and off at the cus
tomer's electrical main switch.
● The appliance must be switched off.
● Three dots glow on the display.

. Press and hold the key "START/STOP"
. Within 3 seconds, press the key "1, 2, 3 or 4" the setting of which is to be changed.

● The start time flashes on the display.
. Within 3 seconds, press and hold the key "Up"
3 sec.
● First, the values are reduced or increased slowly, then rapidly. By pressing the key, the setting is
reduced or increased by one step respectively.
3 sec.
. Press the key "START/STOP"
● The start time selection set is saved.
● Three dots glow on the display.

Automatic switching to standby mode
The standby mode is not activated at the works.
For settings of the standby mode, refer to Page 42, Chapter 5.10
‒ Switching the standby mode function off and on
‒ Standby temperature in the bratt pan
‒ time setting from that the standby mode is to start.
The control automatically switches the appliance in the standby mode if
‒ no key was pressed for a period of 30 minutes (factory setting), or
‒ the control has not determined a temperature drop that indicates a frying process.
Display of the standby mode
● Three dashes illuminate on both displays
● The setpoint temperature is set back to 110°C (factory setting).
Ending standby mode
. Press any key "1, 2, 3 or 4".

● The temperature and time previously set are shown on the display.
● The indicator light in the key glows.
● The appliance heats to the set setpoint temperature.
